We are going higher and more confident .We still have few interference ,but everything is working better |

We went to 17,000 feet !!! .Everything was perfect , we reached 17,000 feet in 30 minutes Simone was flying the plane I was at the telemetry data and directing the antenna, very smooth . So after that we reached 17,000 feet ,during the descent we decide to switch the positions. Big mistake, (rule number one) never change something that is working fine . I was not so good flying the plane at 16,000 feet and Simone was not so good with the telemetry software. We started arguing each other and at the same time the plane was flying away. We lost first the video signal ,and after a few minute struggling with the telemetry data we also lost the data feedback.

We found the plane . It crashed no so far from us. The airplane was totaled but the equipments were all in a good shape. This plane land a very slow speed 15/20 miles so the impact wasn’t so bad.
Let go back to the drawing board and build a FAI legal model airplane . The model that will break the 34 years old record
